PICASSO IN CATANIA

From April 4 to June 28 at the Castello Ursino in Catania will exhibit the works of Pablo Picasso, the author of Guernica.

Picasso took the title of genius as it has never stopped at nothing, putting into play and experimenting until old age.

In this exhibition arrives for the first time in Italy "Figura de mujer Inspirada en la guerra de España" made in 1937: the first work that Picasso used as a political weapon. In it the image and poetry come together in order to send a clear message against the fascist dictator Francisco Franco.
